All our styles are available for delivery worldwide, different countries have their own shipping rates depending on weight. For further information please contact us.
New Zealand Delivery
Orders shipped to NZ addresses will be send via Post Haste courier company. North Island shipping is $8.00, South Island shipping is $12.00.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, simply return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Not what you were expecting?
If the shoes don’t match your outfit, don’t fit or you’ve just changed your mind now you’ve received them you have 14 days from the day they were delivered to send them back. You will be refunded the full amount of the shoes less any postage / returns charges.
Wrong shoes?
If we’ve made a mistake and the shoes aren’t as ordered, simply bag them back up and send them back to us at the post office. Once we receive the shoes back, we will refund the entire amount paid or send out the correct item should you still require them.
Receipts
Please make sure you get a receipt when you post your shoes back to us. If the shoes go missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund.
When do I get my refund?
You will receive an email when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take up to 5 working days.
If you paid by cheque, we will send you a letter along with your cheque when your goods are processed.
